A review......Kind of.

The Surprise Party
Sue Welfare

Blurb: When the family come out to play, mayhem is never to far away..

When feuding sisters Suzie and Liz come together to organise a 40th wedding anniversary party for their parents, they struggle to keep their own personal dramas in check.

Suzie is trying to kep her marrage afloat whilst Liz is keen to retain her Queen Bee status. Their mother and auntare at loggerheds and Suzie's daughterrs are experiencing the angst of adolescence.

As the champagne flows and the drama unfold, it quickly becomes clear that this is a party that no-one will ever forget - but will there be a happy family left standing?

This book is suitable to all ages, i bought this book at a bookshop in devon where i went on my holiday last week, it was a great deal, as it was only '2 for £5' which i though was one of the best deal there was! I love books (im a book nerd) so when i saw the lovely front cover of this book i new instantly i would love it, and that is exactly right! i finished reading this book last night and its such a lovely book. Suzie and Liz both have there relationship problem and Suzies daughter Hannah is friends with the wrong type of people, she ends up getting into loads of trouble, the story is basically one day - the day of the party, however there is enough that happens on that day to fill the book!

BUY IT!
