Chapter 4-The 'perfect' Teeth

 

1. Brush your teeth atleast twice a day for 2-3 minutes, be gentle with your teeth when brushing.
2. Use mouthwash to kill bacteria in your mouth, fill the cap with a small dose of mouthwash, usually there is a line of where you need to fill it to, if there isn't fill it 1/4 of the way up.Swish it about in your mouth, the spit.
3. Floss! Make sure you get in between all of your teeth to get rid of the left-over food your toothbrush missed.
4. Eat Healthy! Don't eat too many sweets, the sugars and acid wear away the enamel on your teeth.
5. Don't drink to much pop or juice, the acids in orange juice, apple juice,etc..can also wear away the enamel. When having juice its best to fill the cup with atleast 75% water.
6. Get a retainer or brace. They help you to not grind your teeth at night. They also help straighten them.
7. SMILE! Whats the point in doing all that work if you don't smile?
8. Don't brush to hard, although you think its better for your teeth, it actually rotts away the enamek causing decay.
9. Brush your gums and tongtue. Lightly brush your gums to prevent gingivitis(inflammation of the gums.) Brushing your tongue also stops bad breath and gets rid of yellow germy build-up.
10. GO TO THE DENTIST! You should go to the dentist atleast twice a year. The dentist can get rid or built up tartar along with finding cavities.Remember: The dentist is your friend.
11. Not all teeth are blinging white, even if you take care of them, if your unsatisfied with the colour of your teeth, use whitening toothpaste, whitening strips or think about getting your teeth profesionally whitened.

 

Tips!

 

• Try not to wet your toothpaste, it doesn't work as well.
• Start with dental care as soon as possible
• Go to the dentist!!
• If your teeth are crooked, go to the orthadontist and ask about braces (see. 5) You can get them in all different shapes and colours.

• DON'T DRINK MOUTHWASH! IT CAN LEAVE YOU BLIND,ILL, CAN CAUSE FAINTING AND OTHER HAZARDS.
• EVEN HEALTHY FOODS SUCH AS APPLES CAN ROT YOUR TEETH!

Chapter 2-How to get the perfect lips in 3 easy steps

 

1. Exfoliate your lips, this will stopthem getting dry and crackign. Try 'LUSH Mint Julips Lips scrub', ive heard it works really well.
2. Apply lip balm to keep your lips soft and hydrated. I advise getting 'balmi lip balm'
3. Apply your normal lip liner, lipstick and gloss, thats the perfect lip, done!

Chapter 2-The 'perfect' Eye Make up

 

1. Prime your eyes with primer or concealer, they both work well.
2. Apply an eye base to your lid, this can be just a regular tan shadow
3. Apply your eyeshadow, it looks best to use a three-toned shadow and build it up from the outer corner towards the inner corner of your lid.
4. Eyeliner time! Dark eyeshadow works great as eyeliner. Wet a slanted eyeliner brush (ever so slightly) and dipp it into the eyeshadow. Line the eyes as close to the lash line as possible. Start from the inner corner and work your way out, you could also use gel eyeliner or pen liners for the top. A kohl pencil works best for the waterline.
5. Brighten the eyes with highlighter, white/silver shawdow or white liner. Only apply this to the inner corner of the eye area. Dip your finger into the shadow ortake your pencil and press it against your tearduct.
6. Highlight the browbone, take some light eyeshadow and dab onto your browbone, concentrating on your mid brow outwards, blend with your finger. I like to use W7's 77 eyeshadow pallette in shade 11 just below my brow.
7. Cur your lashes with eyelash curlers! For a more dramatic look hold your curlers under the hairdryer for a couple of seconds to heat the curlers up.
8. Apply mascara, starting from the middle of your lashes and wiggling back and forth. My favourite mascara is the lancome hypnostar mascara because the wand looks like a christmas tree and it makes you look like you have falses on....Your now finished.

Chapter 1-A Good Base

This seasons beautifully transparent bases are easy to achieve once you kknow how. Follow these 5 steps to get flawless face:

 

1. Start by having perfectly cleansed skin, try cleansing with 'Witch oil control face wash' its great for teens and oily skin.
2. Use a boosting moisturiser to keep your skin in pristine conditions and to give it that healthy glow you've always wanted. A good moisturiser is 'Nivea Soft'.
3. Create a really soft base by using concealer and if you have it, highlighter (the make up kind not the pen) Instead of highlighter you could use a light concealer or foundation a few shades lighter than your skin tone. A great concealer is 'Collection 2000 Lasting Pefection Concealer'
4. Chose your foundation, make sure you don't get any ligter shade than your own skin tone, you could end up looking like a ghost. If you pick a colour too dark, don't worry just add a little moisturiser to it. Apply your foundation with a brush however if your fingers are easier then use them but make sure they're clean otherwise you'll get spots.
5. Add a touch of powder to hold it all in place and thats the base done! If you want your cheeks to stand outa bit more, add some blush, not too much though, you don't want to end up lookinig like a clown!

I love books (im a book nerd) so when i saw the lovely front cover of this book i new instantly i would love it, and that is exactly right! i finished reading this book last night and its such a lovely book. Suzie and Liz both have there relationship problem and Suzies daughter Hannah is friends with the wrong type of people, she ends up getting into loads of trouble, the story is basically one day - the day of the party, however there is enough that happens on that day to fill the book!

I absolutley LOVE this palette. It has a mix of matte and shimmer eyeshadows which are adorable, you can make a casual look for the day time but then spice it up with a shimmery night time/going out look all with the same palette which is great. I love that it has the lip things at the bottom, i can't tell if they are lipsticks or glosses because some have a really glossy texture but the other are like lipstick in a tub. the consistancy of the lip products are great! I would reccommend this to youuuuuu! Deffinatley go buy it! if you have the money, of course.

yes i made it extra big-the person next to me is not actually the person i have been friends with longest, brogan is but i dont have many photos with him(just of him) so i chose megan who i have been friends with 2nd longest. Im not sure what im meant to write now but i guess:

this is megan. i have been friends with her since year 1/2 she's 13 years old, has great fashion sence and helps me syle myself! She has the best pout in the world-you should see it!....

The person above me is brogan-he is the person i have been closest to the longest, he is also 13 and only live in the street next to mine(so does megan) I have knownhim since i was 3-story time: His brother and my brother were in the play so we both went to see it and then he kept staring at me(we were only 3 soo y'know we made friends easy) then he came up to me and we became friends then 1/2 years later we went to the same primary school and were in the same class and we have been best friends since then.... ☮

Cake!..

Everyone likes cake, especially birthday cake! yesturday i went to a party and my mum made some cake, it was vaniila sponge and OMG it was amazing, i would post a picture but i ate all the cake and forgot to take a picture, obviously i didnt eat it all but its all gone! anyway i did this post because i would like to know what is your favourite type of cake? mine is vanilla cheese cake! tell me in a comment below!<3

Review:Nivea Soft...

Nivea Soft face/body/hands moisturiser!
This product smells great! The packaging is also very professional, Nivea Soft lasts on my body about half a day because my clothes tend to rub it all off, i put it on my face over night instead of the day because it leaves my face looking a little bit oily! It absorbs quickly and its useful that you can put it everywhere. I previously bought a 75ml tube(like the one in the picture) and i loved it so much i went back to get some more, i now want to go back to the shop and get the 200ml tub! i seriously recommend this product to anyone no matter if your skins dry, normal or smooth. Nivea Soft feels great on your skin and even if you put to much on it will still sink into your skin. the texture of it is smooth and its not to watery but not to thick either, its just right! I also tried putting it on my cracked heels and OMG it works wonders, my heels were no longer cracked after only 1 use of it! i personally would rate this product a **** (4.8 star) Why not ***** because my face looked a little oily!

I have a normal skin type, its not oily nor dry!

This is kind of embarrasing but my family call me little mo. I don't know why they call me it but everyone in my family call me it, it's so annoying, i think its a person thats quite chubby since i was really chubby when i was little but i'm probably wrong, right, next question!

2. What's a weird habit of yours?
I don't think i have a wierd habbit, erm, no. Actually i always pull faces, when im consentration or sat talking to someone i always pull different faces+i can get my eyebrows to move not at the same time!

3. Do you have any weird phobias?

I don't think its that wierd but im scared of swings, the ones you get at theme parks that fly up in the air and stuff. Im scared they're going to snap! Im also scared of when im on the motorway and lorries come up at the side of you, i always think they are going to squish me, arghhh! I aslo hate when you drive over a railway track, for the exact same reason!

4. What's a song you secretly LOVE to blast & belt out when you're alone?

When i'm nervous i always start shaking, get headaches and for some reason i start clenching my fists!

I always sleep facing the wall, if the best is not up agains a wall then i sleep facing the opposite side to the door.

My first stuffed animal was a white bear and it didnt have a name, i used to just call it ted, so i guess its name was Ted.

1.) I would rather lose my palettes and eyeshadows since i never use them anyway and I COULDNT LIVE WITHOUT MASCARA!!

4.) CLOTHES, I hardly have any clothes and you can never have enough!

Review: Maybelline BB Cream...

Maybelline BB Cream

The Maybelline BB Cream is a great product for younger aged people, my mother tried it out and didnt give her enough coverage however i tried it and it works wonders! I only had the sample size but i am going to go to ASDA and but the full size one for only £6, Cheap, right? It made me look like i was airbrushed which is great! It covered all my flaws and spots, I would reccommend this to anyone between the age of 11-25 Over 25 i dont think it will give that great coverage, that my personal oppinion though. ''Gives your skin a lovely glow but for me it didn't give me enough coverage but thats because i'm older'' Is what my mum said about it! ''I would reccommend the Olay Dermapods Though for older people, people say i look younger from using them'' If you don't want a foundation but still ant the coverage, this is the great thing for you! It's not a mousturiser and not a foundation, its not like tinted mousturiser either, i can't explain it but it is really good! It is great for summer and hardly comes off in the pool or sea, I would rate this 5* and would be willing to pay £20 for it!(its not that price, don't worry) I hope this helped, if you have any questions, just leave a comment and i will answer it straigh away!

Emily-Kate: 'so many things let this product down in my opinion, they test on animals, the product doesn't have enough coverage (it's aimed at all ages, and younger usually means more coverage) and it's not even a BB cream. It's just an average product in my opinion!'

Since finding out it is tested on animals, i am NOT buying the full sized one!

a touch of MAC....

In my opinion MAC products are great! I have tried&Tested lots of different products from MAC but the product i like most are the dazzle glasses. I know MAC is pricey but its worth it in the end, the product i am going to purchase next is the 'Hey Sailor! Lipgalss' in the colour 'Send Me Sailing' It is £13.50! anyways i am not going to ramble on about dazzleglasses!....

Eyes

I love the Eye shadows, They are very pigmented, some of my favourite eye shadows are:

I currently have the 'Primisque' Eye shadow but I don't think they sell it anymore, Its a lovely vibrent royal blue colour. I also think the paint pots are great, Bare study is my favourite shade, Some others i like are 'Soft ochre, Rubenesque and painterly.

I have never had a mascara or tried one by MAC so i can't really tell you what they are like, the ones that i have heard good things about though are: Studio fix lash, Splashproof lash and Dazzle lash.

Lips

Lipsticks by MAC are really good, One of the shades i love is 'Chatterbox' because it describes my personality and is a lovely pink colour. Theres lots of different types of lip products you can get from MAC such as Lipsticks, Lip glasses, Lip primers and more...

Theres over 5 diffent types of lipsticks:

~ Casual colour
~ Lipsticks
~ Viva Glam Nicki Lipstick
~ Sheen supreme lipstick
~ Pro longwear lipcreame.......

Face

With MAC face prducts i get a little confused with the shade, theres so many of them in all different wierd names such as NC15, NW58..etc.... I still haven't found the right shade for me and with a price of £20.50 i doubt i will pay more money to find it!

The foundations i recommend are:

~ Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15
~ Face and Body Foundation
~ Studio Tech

Do take what i've said in but don't buy your products purely off what i have said since you might like different make up products.

Nails

I haven't tried any nail varnish by MAC but the colour i want and like the colours of are:

~ Near beth experience
~ Morange
~ Please me

I do like the look of the 'Hey Sailor!' range but haven't got round to buying any yet! Its my birthday on the 5th August so I might be lucky and get given some as presents. If you want to send me it in the post, thats fine too ;)

Do you feel pressured to be pretty, skinny, funny?....

Everytime you open a magazine or turn on the TV you see a flawless skinny woman that you wish to be. In my point of view beauty is more inside than out, most 'gorgeous' women doon't have the best personalities, i know only about a year ago i used to think all my friends we way prettier than me and had way more makeup products than me. Now i think 'you know what, im not fat however im not skinny, im the perfect size for me and im not going to let anyone tell me different' When you look in the mirror don't think about all the flaws and bad bits, think about the best bits and what you get complimented on, not only will it make you feel good, it will boost your confidence and help you meet new people. ''I do feel pressured to be pretty. At my school I hangout with the more popular girls and you just feel that you have to be pretty. Since my friends are very pretty I try so hard just to keep up with them. Also I know this isn't true but to me a lot of girls are just so pretty. They have that long hair, gorgeous eyes and so on. So basically I think every girl tries to look extra pretty to stick out instead of just staying average.'' I just found that quote on Yahoo! thats just one of the points i found on there, she's not the only teen girl that thinks this, over 70% think this about themslves. Karen says ''Nobody is perfect. Makeup, airbrushing, and lighting work miracles. Also in these pictures, the bras are usually stuffed. It's easy to look perfect when you have professionals on hand and hours to spend on your appearance.'' She is Absolutley 100% correct, they get airbrushed, tonnes of makeup slapped on themselves and have chicken fillets stuffed down there bra. Don't compare yourself to others, especially not magazine pictures because the protographer turns down loads of girls because they're 'too fat' or 'too spotty' they go for the 'best' people and still go airbrush them but nobody is too spotty or too fat, just feel comfortable as you are. If you get a spot its no biggie, just cover it up with a bit of consealer but me, i dont cover them up, i personally think it enhances your beauty saying 'YES IM NOT PERFECT AND IM NOT AFFRAID TO SHOW IT' and for doing this, at school i get compliments and boys actually date me for my inside beauty and my personality not because i'm 'fit'. enough rambling for today, i will leave you with a few quotes....
